Orgelbüchlein jv1080

JS Bach's Orgelbüchlein for JV1080

It has been especially prepared for the Roland JV1080, and assume that there is an orchestral expansion card in slot 1 and Supersounds expansion card in slot 2, the patches depend heavily on Supersounds.... in this configuration the sequences should play just fine as they are, however for those who do not wish to modify the card configuration, or for those simply curious, I will provide below a series of temp performance dumps with temp patches, you load them and use them as you see fit. It is a layered sound, on occasion exceeding the tones available, but on the whole sounding quite like a small friendly pipe organ. It should be comptable with the jv2080 and the XP50 and XP80.

Here is a collection of most of temp performance patch dumps used: Only 3 channels are used, and are assigned to several different parts. Channel 1 is the treble manual. Channel 2 is the bass manual. Channel 3 is pedals. The Channels are mixed, so that extra channel 1 parts should cut out before all the pedal [3] is gone. And for those who worry about such things, we aren't using any real deep bass [don't worry there is nothing to shake your house off the foundations or bust windows].
One day I will put out another series of original organ patches, and some more polished performances. I've been working on them for some time, but I still think they need some more polish, and I keep learning new things, and so they should be quite good when the day comes. I would like to prepare a narrative describing what they are, and how they might be tweaked, and perhaps even give them names which indicate the voicing and stops. Those who know of the Sound Canvas Pipe Organ project will understand that someday I hope to have a jv1080 equivalent.
But as one never knows when that day will come, here is something for here and now. These temp performance dumps are by and large based on the stock roland patches. These also contain the 16 temp patches so they are all 14,084 bytes.
I have zipped them all up and will get you the whole lot.
